1. I think I was ~12
2. Gmail
3. It was a little silly. I wish I could say it only included my name but nope. XD
4. I wanted to use Orkut. Needed an email account for that. A friend helped me sign up in a cyber cafe.
5. I still actually use that email account. 😅
