Women In Tech Workshop challenges and how I have adapted in the last few weeks

women In Tech Workshop Challenges, This was a workshop where we worked with different software engineers and they we experts, because they helped us in everything .like we got different skills and it was fantastic for sure.

In my opinion, I can say that it was the most helpful Because, when I started this workshop it was not easy at all. I didn't even know where I can start from, but in the first two weeks, I concert free code camp where I leant a lot .it was not easy but I tried my best and it works.

In this workshop I gained more even apart from coding ,I got some soft skills like leadership ,public speaking and others .where I knew that without those skills that help us to accomplish or perform well our career .in this time I got that in everything I need to listen attentionally so that I get well what I am going to do and how I am going to do it

I also got that, I need to be careful and always keep learning where they told us yoyo(you own your own learning ).this helped me know that I have to search and learn new things. Because I found that in IT we need to learn every day.

So, because I had many things to do and most of them were new.I worked with others where if I confused about something yet I did a research on it, I asked them a help and if they also confused, I used to contact our supervisor. this helped me to learn a lot, because it forced me to do many research as possible .and helped to gain many skills especially about javascript .as before I had no idea about this language, I only used to understand that it works but no idea about how it works .it was not easy for me but I managed to know some about it. And this is helpful because even after this workshop I will keep learning about how those things do. And I know that it will help to achieve in my future career as well.

when this workshop started, I thought that I will not do it .because I saw that it complicated and they were new things for me which will challenge me more .so by now I can say that it was good for me as well because I knew that, this my things .it challenging but they are good things for sure and it is something people enjoy if it running.
