Your Responsibilities
Reporting directly to a Senior Designer, you will:
Collaborate with Engineers and fellow Designers to generate polished, technically accurate drawing packages spanning conceptual development through finalized construction documentation.
Assemble plans, elevations, sections, and intricate detailing in accordance with established drafting protocols and project specifications.
Coordinate fluidly with multidisciplinary teams, external clients, and equipment vendors to preserve project cohesion and executional accuracy.
Offer guidance to Technicians, evaluate the caliber of their deliverables, and contribute to skill-building initiatives and technical instruction.
Sustain articulate communication with contractors, clients, and internal colleagues while participating in thoughtful design deliberations within your field of expertise.
Expand software proficiency through consistent utilization, deeper system comprehension, and refined technical execution.
Undertake progressively sophisticated design assignments with a steadfast commitment to ongoing education, professional maturation, and exceptional client support.
Required Qualifications
Certificate in construction-related drafting/design or an advanced equivalent credential.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within structural drafting or design environments.
