And then, write down the answer. Build your own reference material.

Chances are, you will run into the same problem again and you might not remember the solution. So if you have another layer of information before asking, you might be able to avoid asking the same question twice.

This is such a good advice, I've always had the idea of starting some kind of "coding diary" going around my head but because of x or y I always forget about it, thanks! :D
