One thing I would like to add for "Not Learning Responsive Design" is understanding the difference between Adaptaive Design, Responsive design and hybrid approaches and the pros/cons of each method. I can't count the number of times people have said their design is "responsive" but they developed adaptive, device specific designs calling it "responsive".
