event.js: 377 react error

Hi,

While running npm start/ npm run start i'm getting an error
events.js:377
throw er; // Unhandled 'error' event
this error is occuring on laptop however on desktop i dont get this error is there something i need to do to resolve this error?

Troubleshooting performed:

1. cleared cache
2. install latest version of npm
3. add env file with command save and restart
4. uninstall and reinstall visual studio and node js
