The company had 6 dashboards.

And every meeting still started with:

"What's the actual number?"

Sales had one number.

Operations had another.

Finance had a third.

Everyone had data.

Nobody had confidence.

The problem was not visibility.

The problem was trust.

A dashboard is only useful when people believe the data behind it.

Until then, it is just a more colorful spreadsheet.

This is something we see often at BrainPack. Organizations rarely struggle because they lack data. They struggle because the same business question produces different answers depending on where you ask it.
