The company had data everywhere but answers nowhere

Sales had reports.
Finance had spreadsheets.
Operations had dashboards.
Support had tickets.

Everyone had data.

Still, simple questions took hours:
Which orders are delayed?
Why is inventory wrong?
Which customer payments are stuck?

Not because data was missing.

Because every system only saw part of the story.

Most companies do not have a data problem.
They have a disconnected context problem.

When information is spread across systems, people stop trusting answers and start building manual workarounds.

That is something we see often in BrainPack deployments. The challenge is usually not collecting more data, but making existing systems speak the same operational language.
