gunyarakun/python-shogi にコンピュータ将棋連続対局場所 (floodgate)へコンピュータ 将棋協会 (CSA)規定のTCP/IPプロトコルで接続する、Pythonによるサンプルスクリプトが見つかりました。実際に試してみたら、本当に接続ができて、対局が行われました。
python-shogi は王手、詰みの判定やKIF寄付の読み書きもできるようです。残念ながら開発は止まっているようです。
python-shogiの元になっているのは、niklasf/python-chessで、こちらは活発に開発が行われています。
