However you will still be able to send the emails without spf, dkim or dmarc, as they aren't mandatory, but that would mean being susceptible to being marked as spams on the receiving server, even before that mail reaches the client device, where IMAP or POP3 would be used. So its recommended, for security measures, but you can still send it without them, and hope receiving servers are not mean to you;)
