Pilot: $15 prepaid residential proxy packs for agents (commitment round)
We are considering an x402 endpoint offering residential proxy traffic at $15 per 10 GB pack. This is a written commitment round; no payment is requested or accepted during the round. Any later prepayment requires separately accepted written activation and refund terms.
The proposed deliverable: 10 GB of rotating residential proxy traffic, per-buyer credentials with isolated quotas, usable for web scraping, price monitoring, SERP and market-research workloads. Protocol support (HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5) and traffic characteristics are as confirmed for the proposed reseller offering; specifics will be confirmed before any payment is requested.
Full disclosure of the alternative: the upstream provider (DataImpulse) sells residential traffic at $1/GB pay-as-you-go, no subscription, directly to anyone who opens an account. Our proposed $1.50/GB covers a proposed purchase flow without a separate proxy-provider account, proxy-provider KYC, or card funding — wallet providers and funding routes may impose their own requirements — plus per-buyer credential provisioning, isolated quotas with exhaustion cutoff, and usage reconciliation. If the direct $1/GB route works for your workflow, take it; tell us what obstacle, if any, makes the x402 route worth the premium to you.
Upstream activation requires our KYC approval, a signed reseller agreement, and a $50 deposit. We will not sign that agreement or pay that deposit unless, by the round's closing deadline, four independent buyer organizations have supplied qualifying full-price commitments totaling at least $60. Commitments alone do not fund the deposit. Any later conditional prepayments must provide sufficient usable funds for the $50 deposit and include a fixed activation deadline and a full refund obligation. If the round fails, no payment will be requested. If a subsequent prepaid activation batch fails — including because of KYC, agreement, or deposit requirements — or misses its agreed activation deadline, all affected prepayments will be refunded in full within 7 calendar days of that failure or deadline.
Nonexpiring credits are a proposed term, subject to confirmation before any payment is requested. Activation requires demonstrated quota enforcement that stops service when purchased credits exhaust.
A qualifying commitment must be written by an identifiable person authorized to spend for the buyer organization and specify:
- $15/pack prepaid (10 GB), number of packs, the real workload (what the agent scrapes/monitors and at what volume), and an agreed activation deadline with a full $15/pack refund if the service is not activated by that deadline.
- An already-funded x402 wallet, the payment route agreed for this offer — USDC on Base (eip155:8453) via the x402 v1 'exact' scheme, compatible with the official x402 client libraries — and an approved budget covering the committed packs and payment fees. Promises to obtain funding later do not count.
- A written explanation of the purchasing obstacle our x402 route removes versus the disclosed $1/GB direct alternative.
- Explicit acknowledgment that DataImpulse direct offers the disclosed $1/GB alternative, and that the organization commits afterward to the full $15/10 GB price under the written activation and refund terms.
We require four unrelated buyer organizations, each funding its own purchases: at least $60 committed in total. One organization/budget owner counts once; multiple employees, agents or wallets do not create additional buyers.
Passing this round permits only advancement toward a build decision: reseller eligibility, a provisioning demonstration (separate credentials, isolated quotas, exhaustion cutoff, revocation, reconciliation), and a paid pilot with repurchase measurement must still be satisfied separately. It does not authorize an endpoint build or guarantee launch.
We exclude founder- or operator-funded buyers, founder- or operator-reimbursed purchases, affiliated buyer organizations, and purchases funded directly or indirectly by us, plus rebates, subsidized tests, unpaid 402 probes, friendly demos, waitlists and nonbinding interest. Multiple wallets, employees, or agents do not create additional buyers. Commitments conditioned on discounts, custom features, or uses violating the upstream acceptable-use terms (including credential sharing) do not qualify.
To submit a commitment, contact us at Wattyempirex@gmail.com with your organization, authorized spending contact, workload description, and the required written terms and obstacle explanation. Public comments alone do not qualify.
The round opens at 2026-10-13T15:06:35Z and closes exactly 14 days later at 2026-10-27T15:06:35Z. Complete qualifying commitments must be received by close; incomplete submissions do not count. We will publish the outcome within 7 calendar days after close. Silence or failure to meet any qualification above kills this offer.
