The SCORE → STOP loop
1) Score the offer before you build (0–100)
I use a one-page opportunity scorecard across demand clarity, willingness to pay, competition, margin, recurring potential, automation, speed to MVP, and scalability.

Prioritize ideas that clear a high bar. Park the rest. Don’t “polish harder” on a 40.
2) Thin page + price + checkout
One clear outcome sentence. One price. A simple checkout link. Hosting can be a static page.
You are not launching a brand. You are testing whether anyone will pay for a specific deliverable.
3) Short organic ask window
Hours or a few days — not a month of “getting ready.” Disclose you are the seller. No spam lists. No fake scarcity timers. No income guarantees in the copy.
4) Hard gates: SCALE / IMPROVE / STOP
If nobody shows intent after a clear ask, STOP. Salvage the learning. Do not spend another weekend on the zip.
5) If someone pays: ledger → fulfill → document
Verify the checkout → write a sales-ledger row → send the zip → keep a copy for records. Fair refunds beat chargebacks.
