This was such a fun read, but also way more relatable than I expected 😄
The way you framed tone as part of developer mental health really clicked for me. I hadn’t consciously thought about how much encouragement (or lack of it) affects long debugging sessions, but it absolutely does.
I also liked how you treated AGENTS.md almost like tuning a teammate’s communication style, not just a config file. That PDCA loop felt very real.
