We Rewrote dodger.ai Hero Headline for Free - The Engine Framing That Loses Product Managers

dodger.ai helps product teams make roadmap decisions from ranked evidence instead of the loudest voice in the last meeting. It synthesizes customer interviews, feature requests, and roadmap inputs into a prioritized view — so the priority call comes from data, not the HIPPO.

Their hero headline: "The product development engine, end to end."

Clean. Accurate. Entirely about the product. Not a single word about the meeting it makes unnecessary.

Here's what the audience is carrying when they land on that page: the last roadmap session where the direction got decided by whoever talked loudest. Or the three weeks of interview synthesis that landed too late to matter. They don't come to dodger.ai thinking "I need an engine." They come thinking "I need the next priority call to come from something other than whoever yelled the longest."

The headline describes a capability. The buyer is buying the end of a specific recurring failure.

We ran the page through our heading audit engine. The finding: mechanism-first H1, no PM pain visible above the fold. A PM who just got overruled in their last roadmap meeting lands on this page and sees a product description — not a diagnosis of the meeting they just left.

The rewrite:

Before: "The product development engine, end to end."
After: "Your next roadmap decision comes from ranked evidence — not the loudest voice in the room and not three weeks of manual synthesis."

Same product. One version describes the tool. The other names the meeting it makes unnecessary.

The pattern here isn't specific to dodger.ai. Most SaaS H1s describe what the product does. The buyer is asking what they stop doing. "Engine" answers the first question. "Loudest voice in the room" answers the second.
