Like many of you, my digital life is spread across way too many inboxes. I had my personal Gmail, a separate Outlook for work/client communication, GitHub notifications going to another address, and a couple of old ones for various subscriptions.
The real problem was the constant context-switching. I was wasting valuable time (and mental energy) every morning just opening and closing 3-4 different email client apps on my phone, just to make sure I hadn't missed an urgent message. It was a serious drain on my productivity.
I looked around for a solution. I found some decent unified inbox apps, but I felt something was missing. With all the amazing advancements in AI, I kept thinking, "Why can't my email app help me write replies faster, not just show me emails?"
So, I decided to build my own solution as a side project.
Introducing "All Mail"
I'm the developer behind All Mail, an Android app I built to solve this exact problem.
My goal was to build a tool that does two things really well:
Unify Everything: Bring all my email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, etc.) into one simple, clean feed.
Make Replies Smarter: Integrate an AI assistant directly into the inbox. Now, instead of staring at a blank screen to write a formal reply, I can just type a few keywords, and the AI helps me draft a professional email in seconds. It’s been a lifesaver for quickly replying to client requests or common queries.
It's been a fun (and challenging!) project, but it's finally on the Play Store.
It has genuinely made my mornings calmer and my workflow more efficient. I'm sharing it here with the #showdev community because I know you all give the best and most honest feedback.
