Most SoC evaluations start the same way.
You receive RTL, documentation, and a list of tools to install before you can answer a simple question:

We wondered if there was another way.

Today weโ€™re introducing ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐˜ƒ๐—ฝ, a software package that lets you boot a complete WIOWIZ SoC with a single command, execute real firmware, run an end-to-end AI workload, and verify the result.

If youโ€™re curious, download the docker, run it, and decide based on what it does.

This isnโ€™t an RTL simulator, and it isnโ€™t a replacement for verification. The engineering and qualification happen before the package reaches you. The goal is simply to make evaluating an SoC faster and easier.
This is the first article in a five-part series covering the ideas behind socvp.
