Most SoC evaluations start the same way.
You receive RTL, documentation, and a list of tools to install before you can answer a simple question:
๐๐ผ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฟ๐๐ป?
We wondered if there was another way.
Today weโre introducing ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ฝ, a software package that lets you boot a complete WIOWIZ SoC with a single command, execute real firmware, run an end-to-end AI workload, and verify the result.
If youโre curious, download the docker, run it, and decide based on what it does.

This isnโt an RTL simulator, and it isnโt a replacement for verification. The engineering and qualification happen before the package reaches you. The goal is simply to make evaluating an SoC faster and easier.
This is the first article in a five-part series covering the ideas behind socvp.
