I Stopped Guessing What My Chatbot Was Actually Doing Wrong

Our chatbot has looked great on paper for months now. The dashboards show solid containment rates, decent CSAT scores, response times that should make us proud. But when I actually started reading through real conversations, I found the bot confidently giving outdated information, misunderstanding what customers actually needed, and customers just giving up without triggering any alert we could see. The dashboards weren't lying exactly—they just weren't telling us anything useful.

That's when I started using Inquio, and it completely changed how I see our bot's actual performance. You just upload transcripts as a CSV or connect it via API and within minutes you get back a Bot Report Card that flags exactly what's broken: wrong answers, missed intents, frustrated customers abandoning conversations, the whole picture. The tool scores every conversation and ranks problems by how much they're actually costing you, so instead of randomly picking conversations to analyze, you know exactly what to fix first.

If you run a chatbot and you've been trusting your dashboards to tell you how well it's really working, I'd seriously recommend trying this. It's built for support teams and conversation designers who need to actually know whether their bot is serving customers or just creating work for humans to clean up later.
