Parser without location information is a useless function.

位置情報のないパーサーはガキの使い

The parser must be with the location information(e.g. file, line, row, byte).

We can not provide decent error information about parsed data without the location information.

KISS and YAGNI are also important, but if you are providing as a library, the location information is necessary for the parser.
