The artificial intelligence team at XApps is working on programming an automated chatbot system, linking it to mobile applications, and a complete system to provide the best medical and therapeutic service to Dar Al Fouad Hospitals customers in Egypt.
This is considered the first multi-stage medical chatbot, as it saves a lot of effort and time for the hospital's clients, as well as saves the time of the customer service team and electronic reservation within the hospital. It also makes it easier for customers to know the prices, views the specialties and medical staff, facilitates communication methods, and reserves outpatient clinics, laboratories, x-rays, and other many medical services provided by Dar Al Fouad Hospital.
The system also works in both Arabic and English. In the first stage, the system is linked to the WhatsApp mobile number for customer service at Dar Al Fouad Hospital.
Where chatbot technology consists of a management system and scenarios, dealing with requests and unexpected responses, integration with hospital systems and other systems such as electronic payment, to provide the fastest and most appropriate solutions to customer requests and inquiries.
Chatbot system technology also consists of an interface to communicate with users such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or a chat application within the website or others.
And that it is planned in the second phase of the project to provide applications that work on the iPhone and Android systems to make it easier for the hospital's customers to benefit from all medical services and ease of communication with customer service.
Dar Al Fouad Hospitals are considered one of the leading hospitals in Egypt and the Arab world, as they are accredited by international health authorities and have two main branches in Nasr City and 6th of October in Egypt.

حيث تتكون تكنولوجيا الشات بوت من نظام إدارة و سيناريوهات والتعامل مع الطلبات والردود الغير متوقعة والتكامل مع انظمة المستشفى وانظمة اخرى مثل الدفع الإلكتروني لتقديم أسرع وأنسب حلول لطلبات و استفسارات العملاء.
ويتكون ايضاً من واجهة للتواصل مع المستخدمين مثل واتساب او فيس بوك ماسنجر او تيليجرام او تطبيق شات داخل الموقع الالكتروني أو غيرها.
وأنه من المخطط في المرحلة الثانية من المشروع تقديم تطبيقات تعمل على نظامي الايفون و الاندرويد لتسهل على عملاء المجموعة الاستفادة من جميع الخدمات الطبية وسهولة التواصل مع خدمة العملاء
