Test design: HCIE is more difficult than CCIE. According to the difficulty score, HCIE scored 6 points and CCIE scored 3 points.
1) CCIE and HCIE are similar. Specifically, it simulates the analysis process of a technical expert after encountering a fault problem, and locates the fault point.

3) The comprehensive interview is very difficult. It is not allowed in HUAWEI to inspect the candidates' ability of mastering the principle of technical protocol and network architecture, but only pass. It is a good way for them to work hard and get a high salary. HCIE is a good news for those candidates who want to improve their technology and get a certificate that can prove their strength.
4) But the comprehensive interview will occasionally bring trouble to the candidates. Interview is face-to-face communication and assessment, in addition to the candidates' original technical ability, there are many objective and subjective factors that will affect the test results, such as: the luck of the interview, the candidates' tension, the adaptability to the interview environment, the candidates' expression ability, the ability to use tools, the communication tone of both sides, will lead to some deviation in the test results .
