A backdrop that does not fit your booth wastes money and looks off on show day. Measure first with these steps.
1. Check the show manual. Most booths are 10 by 10 feet, but corner and island booths differ. Note any height limit for walls and signs.
2. Measure the back wall. Record the width and the maximum hanging height, and allow a few inches of clearance for the frame.
3. Mark the floor. Tape the footprint of your table, banner stand and backdrop so you can see how people will move through the space.
4. Match artwork to size. Send your print shop the exact finished size. Keep logos and text away from the edges so nothing is cut off.
5. Ask for a proof. A digital proof shows the layout at scale before anything is printed.
When you are ready, you can see backdrop, banner and table cover options at Apex Trade Show and request a free proof.
