Flutter, what is the structure of creating a typical view?

I'm coming from HTML CSS,
Material-UI, VUETIFY, SASS and React.

how does Flutters structure differ?
im running into getting messed up on the "children", how to use the "Style" and what widget USES and DOSNT use them. it seems like you just use "style" and you can use typical styles.... but no?
