I’ve been trying to actually understand Docker instead of just copy-pasting commands. I usually mess around with C, so finding out that containers aren't magic virtual machines was super interesting. They just use built-in Linux features like namespaces and cgroups to isolate processes. Realizing Docker is basically just a really good wrapper around standard Linux tools made the whole concept way less intimidating to learn.
