Dr Janet Bastiman

I work as a Chief Science Officer and like getting my hands dirty in the code. My PhD was in neural networks before it was trendy so I worked my way up from junior developer to CTO managing some wonderfully talented people along the way. I'm now running a team focussed on Deep Learning and being the glue that turns data science into viable applications.

C, PHP, Python, Javascript, shell scripts and pick up whatever else I need to use the right tool for the job

RabbitMQ is new for me in 2017 and am keeping an eye out for any new thing that will make life easier...

Currently on python and tensorflow, message queues and noSQL dbs

I'm happy to talk about anything neural network related and love reminiscing about legacy languages.
