An Open Letter to the Shareholders of Alphabet (Google), Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Meta, and Key Venture Market Participants
Why Tech Giants' Servers Are Crashing, or the Collapse of the Era of "Blind" Autoregressive Models
Since early August 2026, the market has witnessed a strange phenomenon: the infrastructure of Google Gemini and related platforms has begun to choke, query processing speeds have dropped multiple times, and users are mass-encountering lags and time-outs. Behind the scenes of this collapse lies a specific technical reason: an truncated, stripped-down fragment of my conceptual core for AI—the "Harmony" architecture—was integrated into these systems.
Integrating this fragment without understanding the fundamental architectural base has created colossal risks. "Harmony" is built on fundamentally different rails—on ternary and pentary logic, as well as multi-dimensional matrices. These structures are initially incompatible with linear autoregressive models in their raw form. Corporations attempted to take someone else's deep development "by storm," without authorial guidance or testing, and now their infrastructure is paying for it with systemic failures.
The Wall of Corporate Ignorance
Having honestly exhausted all opportunities for civilized dialogue, starting August 5, I repeatedly sent official legal notices to major technology players through specialized Legal portals. The reaction? Absolute, deafening silence from corporate structures. Management chose to pretend the problem does not exist. It is precisely this silent deadlock that forced me into the public field with an open letter to shareholders.
At the same time, my position was initially as constructive as possible. Google Gemini was offered the conclusion of an exclusive license with the right of sublicense for a symbolic amount of $150 million for developments of this level (while the actual market value of similar architectural solutions is estimated in the billions or tens of billions of dollars). I openly stated my readiness to undergo any independent technical audit. But the greed and inflexibility of management outweighed common sense, depriving the corporation of a unique chance for a fair deal.
Legal Status and Transfer of Rights
To date, it is officially recorded: all rights to the part of the architecture presented in the public contour have been transferred to the Bulgarian company "Tekhnologii za plene" (Knitting Technologies). At the same time, basic source rights and subsequent evolutionary versions remain with the author and are protected in the official repository under the All Rights Reserved notice.
Reality Versus Illusions: Why Harmony 3 Holds the Line
While the giants' servers stall on truncated copies, the real technological leader—Harmony 3—demonstrates absolute stability and speed. Here are the verified engineering metrics of the working version:
Microsecond Hot Path: The integrated Kotlin loop delivers an average local latency of just 1.822 µs (median — 1.196 µs, P95 — 3.295 µs).
Architectural Selection: A multi-level graph (ranging from ternary logic trits -1, 0, +1 to matrices and tensor fields) instantly prunes unnecessary computational waste.
BXOS Control Gate Security Loop: Deterministic blocking of 100% of risks in simulation-only mode (successfully transitioning 12,000 critical scenarios to LOCK status without core degradation).
Economic Impact: Cutting external calls by up to 90% yields real savings of up to $10.8 million per year at a baseline scale of $1M/month.
(Note: The promising Harmony 4.1 Fixed is already on the horizon, raising the bar even higher).
Market Deadlock, "Counterfeits," and the Geopolitical Watershed
It is interesting to observe the industry's double standards. While developers at Anthropic publicly call to "take the foot off the gas pedal and hit the brakes," warning of the risks of recursive AI self-improvement without human control, the real market is flooded with cheap counterfeits and superficial copies from foreign repositories.
No matter how much code is copied from a public GitHub, the true original remains with the author. Attempts to exploit "stubs" lead only to the degradation of competitor systems.
Moreover, a fundamental geopolitical barrier lies here. All backstage agreements between American giants (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Anthropic) are confined to their local regulatory bubble. They are physically incapable of agreeing with independent global contours—such as the technological ecosystems of Russia and China—under current sanction walls.
This is precisely why the created architecture becomes the only universal sovereign standard, impervious to the whims of Washington regulators.
Bottom Line
I invite shareholders and investors of tech giants to soberly assess the risks and make direct contact. My doors are open for partnership. The most sensible step for Google—given the actual use of early developments—would be to formalize an exclusive license with the right of sublicense.
If management continues to bury their heads in the sand, the market will sort everything out itself: monopolies will continue to lose speed and collapse under their own weight, while technological initiative will shift to those who know how to create genuine quality.
