Hello from Zerone International.
We are a technology company based in Farmingville, New York, on Long Island. We help businesses get found online, answer every customer and replace manual work with reliable software. This first post is a short introduction: what we do, how we work and what you can expect if you ever work with us.
What we do
Most of the businesses we talk to have the same three problems. Customers can't find them easily, calls and messages get missed when everyone is busy, and too much of the week goes into copying, checking and repeating the same steps. Our services follow those three problems.
- Get found. Fast, mobile-friendly websites on your own domain, and care for your Google Business Profile: the right categories, accurate hours, services and real photos, kept up to date. The profile itself is free from Google; our fee is only for our work.
- Answer every customer. Ava, our AI phone receptionist, answers calls around the clock, says clearly that she is an AI assistant, takes messages and sends a written summary of every call. We use her on our own phone line first.
- Save time. Automations for the busywork, such as quotes, reminders and reports, and web and mobile apps for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets.

How every project runs
We keep the process the same for every client, small or large, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.
- Discovery. You tell us how your business works and what you want to improve. We ask questions until the problem is clear.
- Proposal. You receive a written scope with features, timeline and a fixed price or a clear estimate, before any work starts.
- Build. We work in short rounds and show you working versions early, so you can give feedback while changes are still easy.
- Launch and support. We hand over access and documentation, and we stay available for fixes and next steps.
Everything can be handled in writing: e-mail, text or chat. If you prefer to talk, you can call our line and Ava will take your details for a written follow-up.
What stays yours
Your domain, your Google Business Profile and your accounts always stay in your business's name. We are added as a helper, and you can remove us at any time. We never ask for your passwords on paper, by text message or by e-mail. For custom software, ownership is set out in the proposal; in most projects the client receives full ownership after final payment.
Where we work
We start close to home. New York City and Long Island come first, and there we can also meet in person. Everything else works remotely: businesses in every state get the same process, written proposals and support.
We use what we build
We run Zerone on the same tools we offer. An AI assistant answers our phone line, automations prepare our written proposals, and this website is published in 15 languages. If something doesn't work well for us, we don't sell it to you.
Who is behind it
Zerone International was founded by Berk Divaroren, who leads the design of the company's own systems and works directly with every client. You can read more about him and the company on our company page.
