Starting today, Zipy’s all about giving you more for less, so you can build the perfect plan your way.
What’s New with Zipy’s Pricing?
Get ready for a pricing model that’s as flexible as an Olympic gymnast! Here’s what’s changed:

Instead, we’re giving you the power to build your perfect plan, without tying you into a rigid, cookie-cutter pricing.
Here’s why we believe this new pricing option is better for you:

How Does This Compare to Other Tools?
As you might have figured out by now, Zipy is a one-stop solution for many of your needs. So, if you’re paying separately for five different tools - one for session replay, another for heatmaps, a third one for product analytics and another one for tracking errors or customer issues, you’re probably watching your budget do a disappearing act. For the sake of this comparison, we’ll consider a mid-tier plan (around 50,000 sessions per month) for each of these tools and compare it to Zipy’s Growth plan with a similar amount of session recordings. Some options like FullStory, Heap and ContentSquare aren’t really upfront about their pricing, but we can safely bet that Zipy is a better value for your spend regardless. Hotjar will run you about $200 per month for a similar number of user sessions. Smartlook too costs in excess of $239 for a similar plan. PostHog is slightly cheaper at $173 and Highlight.io costs you a whopping $729 for a similar amount of session recordings. In comparison, Zipy only costs $165 per month for 50,000 session replays.
Session Replay + Error Monitoring Category
Another set of solutions that you could directly stack up Zipy against are the ones like LogRocket. As one of the only other more comprehensive options on the market, LogRocket offers a great combination of session replay along with error tracking and heatmaps so that user journeys are tracked and user-impacting issues are monitored effectively. To compare the pricing between the two, LogRocket along with its error monitoring, product analytics and session recording capabilities will set you back around $600/month. On the other hand, a Highlight.io subscription with 50,000 sessions and 300k errors captured will cost you roughly around $815 per month and a similar plan in Sentry will cost you $201/month. Same capabilities with Zipy will only end up costing you $205 per month with this new build-your-own-custom-plan based pricing, and as you capture more and more sessions and errors, Zipy becomes significantly cheaper than Sentry and all the other players. Another point to note here would be that Zipy doesn’t put a limit on the number of errors.

I’m Already a Customer. What Does This Mean for Me?
To be honest, not much changes for you. You can continue on your current plan until your requirements change as you scale. If you decide to move on from your current plan or upgrade, you can choose as per the new pricing structure we’ve introduced and take advantage of the customization options. If at all there is any change, we have become more affordable to you.
