Yes Correct, In order to use this you need to have your blog published on either of dev, Medium or hashnode and then this tool can be used to cross-post on remaining platforms. And then there's no sync for the post. However the problem u mentioned can be countered if these platforms provide webhooks but unfortunately they don't
We are currently developing another integration where you can write your blog in Notion and then we'll automatically publish it to dev, medium and Hashnode (Basically using Notion as an Editor). This might partially solve the problem you mentioned.
I maintain a personal blog and then crosspost to dev, medium and hashnode manually. If there were "The Button" to sync all of them after any editsβand there will be editsβwould be amazing.
Yea this is a nice idea and doable, But would take time as i'm currently developing that Notion tool. In the mean time open a issue regading this in our github repo so that this dosen't slip off my mind
Sweet! I'll definitely check this out.
Does this currently support updating an existing blog post, too?
Glad u liked it, but i'm not quite sure what u ment by "updating an existing blog post"
I mean, you have an already posted blog post and then you need to do some corrections -> updating all other platforms is a burden
