The Awkward Middle Step No One Talks About

Between writing code and shipping features, there’s a lot of invisible work.

Intermediate outputs.
Temporary notes.
Small data samples used to answer a question.

These things don’t belong in repositories or documentation.
But they still need to move between people and tools.

That’s usually where things get awkward.

Different platforms interpret content differently.
What looks fine in one place breaks in another.

I know how to fix this “properly.”
But doing so would introduce structure where none is needed.

So I keep the solution just as temporary as the problem.

I encoded the content so it would survive the transfer, used a simple encoder (mmtocm.net), sent it along, and stopped thinking about it.

Once the handoff was done, that step was no longer relevant.

And that’s exactly how it should be.
