Shi-Mo Model: Emotion Regulation based on Stanislavski System

Core Philosophy (核心概念)
1. The Magic "If" & Organic Reality

Use the "Magic If" ("I am not actually X, but if I were...") to trigger imagination and find the Super-Objective. This creates an "Organic Reality"—not the objective truth of the physical world, but a reality the mind can believe in.
利用「Magic If」(我並不是...但假設我是...)來開啟想像,並藉此找尋超動機。這能創造出「有機真實」——這不是真正世界的真實,而是你腦海能夠相信的真實。
2. Shell (Emotion) vs. Soul (Subject)

- Concept: Negative emotions are products of the Subject. They are the "Shell" generated to confront threats. Just as skin protects organs, emotion protects the self.
- Key Insight: Since the Subject creates the Product, the Subject is superior. You are not your emotion; you can master it. Do not treat emotion as an enemy (Object) to be annihilated, or you lose your agency.
- 概念: 負面情緒是本體的產物(非主非客),是面對威脅而產生的「殼」。正如皮膚保護器官,情緒也是一種保護機制。

3. The King and The Soldiers

- Imagery: Visualize the threat as an attack on a castle. Negative emotions are Soldiers automatically generated to defend it. You are the King observing from above.
- Strategy: The King does not fight; he rests. Let the soldiers fight where you feel the sensation (skin, head, heart). Once the threat is gone, the soldiers will vanish.
- 意象: 透過想像,威脅來臨時就像城堡被攻擊。負面情緒是源源不絕製造出來保衛你的「士兵」。你是城堡上觀戰的「國王」。

- Affective Memory: A "virus." It is a memory of a past event masquerading as an emotion. It represents a linear history condensed into a point.

- Inconsistency: The same emotion feels different in different memories.
- Depletion: Recalling trauma is exhausting.

- Deploy: Use the King to command innate Emotion Soldiers to the body part feeling the threat. Recognize them as a protective shell.

- Defend: Command soldiers to the threatened area (e.g., mouth). Order: "Stand ready. Do not attack."
- Gestures: Point with a finger to direct soldiers. Sit on a high chair (Throne). Close eyes (Thinking).
- 情境: 面對權威壓制或衝突。
- 動作:
- 防守: 指揮士兵到受威脅部位(如嘴巴)。指令:「整裝蓄勢待發,但不進攻。」

- Execution: Deploy soldiers to the boundary (mouth/eyes). Maintain connection/gaze with commanding presence. "Defend here. Do not fire."

- Reasoning: To stabilize the frantic soldiers, the commander must be slow, wise, and authoritative.
- The "Professor X" Protocol:
- Sit Down: Lock movement (Wheelchair).
- Touch Temple: Focus mind (Cerebro).
- Close Eyes: Enter Mind Palace.
- 0.3x Speed: Move in slow motion to force physiological calm.

11. Depersonalization: The Immune System

- Action: Stay still. Secrete cells to the threatened area.
