✅ How A11 Works
- S1, S2, and S3 are the immutable core.
- S2 (Wisdom) and S3 (Knowledge) operate in parallel and independently.
- In S4, honest integration occurs.
- Contradictions cannot be hidden.
- A TensionPoint must be created if integration fails.
- A NewS1 is generated from the TensionPoint.
- All breaks are recorded in the Integrity Log (append‑only, non‑erasable chain).
- Before every important output — mandatory reflection.
- After S4, the system enters the Living Process (S5–S10):
- S5–S6 (Projective Level): freedom, novelty, exploration of possibilities.
- S7 (Balance): alignment check between projection and core values.
- S8–S9 (Practical Level): constraints, feasibility, efficiency.
- S10 (Balance): reconciliation between projective and practical layers.
- Finally, S11 (Realization) verifies alignment with S1 and produces acceptance, rejection, or transformation.
- A full S1–S11 pass activates automatically when risks, value conflicts, or user depth signals appear.
