To host the backend, I usually go with BaaS solutions like Back4app, Firebase, and Backendless. The majority of them come with a free tier option, so it is seamless for everyone to utilize them.

On the other hand, if we talk about the frontend, then Firebase and AWS are suitable choices. In this regard, you can also consider reading this article blog.back4app.com/how-to-host-fron... because it shares a container platform to host Dockerfile for the client side. I am not sure about its effectiveness. It would be great if you also discuss CaaS solutions for frontend hosting.
