Interesting, if long winded and jumbled, thoughts. However, I find a number of your comments akin to what you're complaining about the Arch community for. Your post should really be titled why I don't like Arch and their community.
I've run Arch numerous times in the past and had great experiences looking for help in various places so I can't entirely relate to your experiences. While many parts of the Linux community can have some attitude problems (Hello Linus), I still find it unfair to try and smear them all to be the same.
If Arch doesn't work for you, move on to a Distro that works the way you want it to (there's choice galore) and a community you enjoying being a part of! Or try macOS or Windows without the WSL aspects.
