What's your main language right now? Are you willing to learn the Frameworks language?
What device do you use for development? RN has an Expo framework allows you to build iOS apps without a Mac device.
I guess answering these two questions can help you decide which of the two you'll use for your app development and start digging in once you have an answer. These two almost have similar patterns, principles, or concepts. You'll just have to learn how they handle their particular stuff.
