How to get access of moving form window through all over the elements including image in C# Winform Application??

In my winform application ‘C#’ I add an image now when I run my winform application and I try to move my form window I can’t move the form window over the area where the image is placed, except the image area I can easily move my form window through anywhere by clicking and hold over the form and move my mouse pointer when my application runs, Please tell me a solution of this problem. How can I get access of moving the form window through all over the form window elements including the image by pressing hold mouse left button and move my form window.
