I built a free client-side calculator to estimate SaaS organic launch traffic & Reddit ban risks

Whenever you launch a bootstrapped SaaS, AI tool, or indie project with a $0 ad budget, two questions always come up:

  1. How much traffic and revenue can I realistically expect in the first 30 days from organic channels?
  2. Which subreddits and directories will instantly shadowban or remove my post?

To solve this, I built LaunchSafe — a lightweight, 100% free interactive web calculator that models 30-day organic launch performance.

👉 Try the live calculator here (no signup or email wall): https://launchsafe.launchsafe-tools.workers.dev

What You Can Simulate:

  • Product Category: AI Tool / Wrapper, B2B Micro-SaaS, Developer Tool, Notion Template / Info Product, or Consumer App.
  • Average Product Price: Adjusts expected conversion friction in real time.
  • Outreach Volume (5 to 150 channels): Models cumulative traffic across subreddits, Hacker News, and startup directories.
  • Account Reputation Status: Fresh account (<10 karma), Moderate account (100–500 karma), or Aged account (1+ year, 1,000+ karma).

Instant Output:

  • Estimated 30-Day Visitors, Paying Customers & Revenue ($0 ad spend).
  • Moderator Ban Risk Meter (Low / Medium / High): Calculates the probability of AutoModerator removal based on your current account age and volume.

Below the calculator, I also compiled a curated database of 110+ launch communities with their exact karma thresholds, link policies, and anti-ban post frameworks.

Would love your feedback on the estimation formulas and UI!
