Back to 2014: Grab to and resize div, Pure Css.

Phew Im revisiting my Junior codepen's for fun to maybe give them a little critical analysis.

Produced way back in 2014, I wrote:

I have found a way to re-size elements on a page without the use of javascript! (and very little markup).

probably works okay in chrome but untested on anything else as yet. I will imporve it

This is a BETA and will need a little work to become [modern] cross browser supported but it is absolutely possible.

I still cant spell!

Anyway the idea here is to hack resizing textarea's to allow them to push div's around. Other than not being compatible with other browsers who's user agent stylesheet dictates where the grab handles work, I still think this is a smart way to solve a problem.

Bravo junior me.

An Animated Guide to Node.js Event Lop

Node.js doesn’t stop from running other operations because of Libuv, a C++ library responsible for the event loop and asynchronously handling tasks such as network requests, DNS resolution, file system operations, data encryption, etc.

What happens under the hood when Node.js works on tasks such as database queries? We will explore it by following this piece of code step by step.
