12 real AI workflows YouTubers actually demo this month (with copy-ready prompts)

Most AI tutorials on YouTube are 20–40 minutes long, but the part worth stealing is usually one concrete workflow. I got tired of re-watching videos to find it, so I started pulling each one out into a short page: what the creator built, which tools, a visual step-by-step breakdown, and a prompt you can copy. Every page links back to the original video and creator.

There are 52 so far, from 44 English AI channels, in English and Simplified Chinese: aihow.tv

A few recent ones:

  1. Let a ChatGPT dot run a 90-day YouTube growth plan (Kevin Stratvert)
  2. Turn a vague app idea into a Base44 client CRM in 24 hours (Mikey No Code)
  3. Make code-drawn animated explainer videos in Claude (Futurepedia)
  4. Run a Claude Code and Codex agent swarm in a 3D office with cubefarm (Leon van Zyl)
  5. Build a Python voice agent that makes scripted videos with OpenRouter (Tech With Tim)
  6. Rebuild a paid app from its user complaints with the Replica Claude skill (Jack Roberts)

Claude Code is the most common tool so far, with 12 workflows.

It's free, no signup, and there's an RSS feed. New videos are added every hour. If you know a channel that shows real, reproducible AI workflows, tell me in the comments and I'll add it.
