I've always felt that Android's multitasking is cool, but switching between apps just to fix grammar or get an AI reply is a productivity killer. You know the drill:
Copy text -> Open AI app -> Paste -> Wait for reply -> Copy -> Switch back -> Paste.
So, I built Aido.
Itβs essentially a layers-over-everything tool that works inside any text field. Hereβs what it can do without you ever leaving your current app:
- AI Everywhere: Integrated Gemini/ChatGPT. Just type what you want, hit a trigger, and let Aido write the reply, summarize, or rephrase right there.
- 50+ Text Actions: One-tap to fix grammar, translate, change case, or even repeat text (spam protection, anyone? ).
- In-line Calculator: Ever needed to do quick math while chatting? Type 500 * 12 and Aido replaces it with the result instantly.
- Continuous Voice Typing: For when you're too lazy to type but need it to be accurate.
- WhatsApp Power Tools: Send messages to unsaved numbers or use quick templates.
