iDev has established its Japan office in Tokyo's Shibuya district, marking the company's official entry into the world's third-largest IT market. The initial team of 15 local employees includes sales, technical support, and solution architects, with plans to expand to 40 by year-end.
Localization Strategy
iDev has launched a fully localized product version for Japan, including a Japanese interface, compliance with Japan's Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI), and deep integration with major Japanese cloud services (AWS Tokyo region, Fujitsu Cloud).
First Clients
On opening day, iDev signed partnership agreements with three Japanese enterprises spanning retail, manufacturing, and professional services. The first project will build an AI-driven inventory management system for a major retailer.
