You know the album or playlist you want, but you do not want to hunt through several similar results. OGAD (Off Grid AI Desktop) Pro has a Play music on Spotify flow that takes your music request and playback preferences, then operates Spotify through Computer Use.

The AI model can run locally. Spotify playback still depends on Spotify, your account, and whether the requested content is available. This is not a claim of free streaming or offline Spotify access.
Give the assistant a precise music request
Open Assistant > Play music on Spotify. In Music request, name the song and artist, album, or exact playlist. Use Playback options for the starting item, shuffle, or repeat preference. Output device is optional. Use Avoid to exclude remixes, covers, or other unwanted versions.
For a first try, name an album you recognize and ask it to play from the beginning with shuffle off. You can check the result from the visible title and artist.
Start the music
- Open Spotify on your Mac and sign into the account you want to use.
- Select local text and Computer Use models in OGAD. Set the downloaded specialist under Settings > Computer use.
- Grant Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions through Settings > Setup & health if requested.
- Complete the music brief and select Start in chat. Review the Computer Use request, then let it find the requested item.
- Check Spotify's Now Playing title and artist, and listen to confirm the result.
The flow tells the assistant to avoid account changes, paid actions, likes, follows, and playlist edits. It also asks for visible playback confirmation before reporting success. Review the app state yourself if the result is uncertain.
Give it the version you actually want
A song title alone can match a studio recording, a live version, a cover, or a remix. Add the artist and album when the version matters. Use Avoid for alternatives you do not want selected.
A first brief can be simple:
Play the album I named from its first track, with shuffle off. Use this Mac as the output if available. Avoid live versions and covers. Do not change my library or playlists.
Supply a real album and artist in the Music request field.
For an existing playlist, use the exact name and enough detail to distinguish it from public playlists with similar names. If the result is ambiguous, choose the intended item yourself before continuing.
Check playback and output separately
A visible song title does not prove audio reached the speaker you expected. Check Now Playing, then confirm where the sound is coming from. The optional Output device field can only help with a device Spotify actually exposes in the session.

Keep the first task to finding and playing one known item. Once that works, reuse the form with another album or a different playback preference. You do not need to grant permission for likes, follows, or playlist edits merely to start music.
Keep the task within the existing account
Sign in yourself before starting. If Spotify shows an account prompt or a restriction, handle it through Spotify's own controls. A local model does not bypass subscription, catalog, or device availability rules.
The practical value is giving one precise playback brief and checking the visible result. It is not a replacement for Spotify's account settings or an independent music service.
Fix an ambiguous result
If it finds the wrong recording, stop and add the artist, album, year, or version you meant. If the output device is unavailable, choose an available device in Spotify first. Account and catalog limits cannot be solved by changing the prompt.
Local reasoning does not stop Spotify from contacting its service. Use Spotify's own account and download rules for playback availability.
Get OGAD and try a single well-known album. Give the assistant the exact request, check Now Playing, and keep the controls close while it works.
