I kept getting sent to this page for a solution to this issue. It did not work for me, but I did find a solution so wanted to share with others that may encounter this issue.
Navigate to File Explorer>Quick Access>$AppData$>Roaming>Yellowduck>Settings> change the two 'False' values to 'True". Save the File. Relaunch Yellowduck.
