Forums? Blogs? Online courses? What else?
Or
What resource do you wish you had / wish your employer provided?

Mostly on blog posts and short videos with explanations on YouTube. Thos come quite handy to keep up with whatever new that has come. For e.g. I recently read a blog post about the enhancements in the TypeScript 4.0 release and such posts are handy as we can get to know the latest without spending a lot of time.
