.NET Windows app help please

Hi All,
I’m a newbie starting out with the common C# app that will load images into an on-prem SQL Server instance. I’m having problems getting my VS solutions untangled. I’d also like to add a text box and data to where you can use the image_name column on the db file. Any help would be more than appreciated.
