A stricter Screen Time alternative for iPhone would be high on my list.
Not another report or dashboard. Something that treats doomscrolling as an enforcement problem: block specific apps and matching websites, set open limits for apps you still need, add strict modes for weak windows like late night or work breaks, then show blocked-attempt logs afterward so you can tune the rules.
The missing piece is usually not awareness. It is making the bad loop harder to start before your brain starts negotiating.
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
