It was interesting to work with a team remotely on a common goal (as project one was mostly on one's own) for the first time. I am still debating whether interpersonal communication, technical knowledge or organizational skill is most important when choosing a leader.
Organizational skill seems like it may be best for leader, as knowledge gaps can be filled by others and the communications may even be situated between the organizer and the knowledge base.
As a team questions are overcome quicker and the methods we created were, with confidence, much better designed than had any of us done it on our own.
