Hey DEV Community! 👋
I'm Aneek, a computer science, interested in C++, Python, AI/ML, and backend engineering.
I've been contributing to open-source projects, including HPX, and learning how real-world codebases work through debugging, testing, code reviews, and collaboration.
This Hacktoberfest, I want to go beyond just making contributions. My goals are to understand projects deeply, write better code, learn from maintainers, and build things that genuinely help the community.
I'm especially excited about open-source AI and developer tools.
Looking forward to learning from everyone here!
What advice would you give someone who wants to become a better open-source contributor?
