Talk overview
During this session Anisha will dive into how imposter syndrome can manifest differently across technical teams. Additionally, she will share her experience on dealing with Impostor Syndrome within the developer community. Anisha will show the audience how to be better equipped to cope with imposter syndrome and she will also share tips & tactics you can use to help manage Imposter Syndrome and grow trust within your team.
