Intro

Hello, everybody. It's nearing the end of Hacktoberfest 2023, and I'm happy to say that I've completed my goal in my pledge to contribute more than I did in my first Hacktoberfest. Here's my GitHub profile where you can see my contributions: AnsellMaximilian

Highs and Lows

I frequently push commits and contribute to repositories, but as I am a sole system engineer for a very small company, a lot of these contributions are either for a one-team repository or a personal project.

Hacktoberfest is a nice opportunity to strengthen my collaboration skills and instill important workflows when working with many people.

Growth

Hacktoberfest has always familiarized me even more with collaborations and solidified my understanding in Git workflows to make sure I am not rusty when it's needed.
