Tricky part of the craving feed: it has to hold a grounding exercise and a dumb GIF in the same scroll without either feeling out of place.
The answer was to let the categories carry it. Relatable, Motivational, Distraction, Roast, Consequence. When you're spiraling, a Roast might cut through. When you're shaky, a Distraction or a grounding technique helps more. You swipe to whatever meets you where you are, and the countdown keeps running underneath the whole time.
There's no single right tone for a craving, so I stopped pretending there was one.
